In other news I have a ton of time before work and the scanner perfectly available so I'll be picto-dumpng better quality versions of my other stuff and a new costume showcase.

After watching a Yggdra Union Let's Play, I got a wmg cooking.

An incident resulted in the breakdown of Classical Equestria and caused a Cycle of Hatred that fuelled Discord's rise to power. Celestia and Luna chose to abandon an ancient weapon of a previous Pony civilisation and were gifted with the Elements of Harmony as a reward, and used it to subdue and seal Discord away.

@Mousa: scanner tip - use the Histogram/Levelling function to further cleanup images by contrasting out the lighter greys.

Actually, despite its name, Star Swirl isn't only learning about exclusively earth pony stuff. She's already studied Zecora a bit and next chapter will mainly be about Rainbow Dash.

Or are they a one episode only kind of thing? They might not do another entire story related to it, but they could possibly reference it in other stories.

Well they did mention the Gala again in Sweet and Elite.
