I've never read any of the Oz books except the original.

The one thing I'm looking forward to is seeing who's at the wedding (hopefully EVERY single one off character)... and seeing which side of the ceremony they're all sitting on.

Yeah, she's got a magical squid living in her stomache. In my opinion, she's one of the more disturbing OC's i've encountered due to sheer lunacy.

The most disturbing? Off the top of my head, I couldn't say. One of the creepier ones is Ipsywitch, given her nature. She's got the Innsmouth look to her. Not really an OC, but Paranoid Twilight, despite being dark comedy has a pretty impressive undercurrent of dread to it but it's not really out and out disturbing.
I've actually never read any of the Oz books. I spent my childhood reading Greek and Roman mythology.
