It is worrisome, but I'd say if Twi were suitably distracted by worry for her adopted brother's well being, her concentration might not be what it might normally be.

And she also has a final duel with Twi (but Twi defeats her there)
And hey, she's in a team with a Pegasus and an EP, both of which became just as crazy skilled as she did, with the EP being the most level headed and consistant. He sacrifices himself to save the other two at some point.

Does anyone know where I can watch Madoka Magica? I was kind of holding out that a legal stream might exist.
I heard some folks were watching an episode a week on something called "Crunchyroll", though I've never been on there to confirm how it works.
There was a hint in the G1 series that they had fantasy stories of some sort (it was in the beginning of "The Revolt of Paradise Estate")
More importantly, they could actually meet fictional characters from a portal to a storybook land in "Through the Door".
There's a children's book about the wedding. Its mere existence josses most of our theories.
From what I've read about the books, they can leave out a lot of the story, even the most interesting parts.

If I did a Unicorn OC.. I'd name her Bramblescar and she'd be white with a dark purple mane with red streaks. Her eyes would be a dark red-brown and her cutie mark would be a ring of thorny vines.
