What kind of printer do you have, ginger? Inkjet is a lot less expensive than laser.
I actually remember bringing the topic of fantasy in Equestria up a long while back. The way I see it, Fantasy simply means that the story includes fantastic elements. In Equestria, what qualifies as fantastic is surely different, but even with magic, I'm sure that some thing simply don't exist. Perhaps the genre in general leans more toward the sci-fi end of the spectrum.

Ink is rediculously expensive, its why I print off all of my school materials at work!

I did it because I was 100% sure that a hardcover WOULD NEVER be made due to legal reasons, and that I'd only do something like this once...

well it's not a loss ginger, they still havne't made it, and a hardcover, for something that big, and wihtout a large backer covering some costs.....it would proabably come out close to that anyway, and that's IF they ever print it, between the base price of a lmited run hardback that big, and the shipping costs to get it over to you.....doubt it would have saved much if any money.
and no guarantee it WILL get made there still in the collecting donations to try and get it made phase.
