I thought "It's About Time" had a significant edge over "Lesson Zero" in that Twilight Sparkle came up with a wide variety of approaches to working through her predicament, rather than just hammering on "I will solve somebody's problem, and this will teach me about friendship somehow I guess?" "Lesson Zero" was more entertaining for what everyone else was doing, I felt.
