Nope. I neglected to go into detail about why I didn't like the episode since I figured everyone had already discussed it to death a week ago and wouldn't want to listen to me complain. But since you asked: First off, I didn't HATE the episode, I was more sort of apathetic towards it. As in, I considered turning it off multiple times cause I was bored. The biggest issue I had with it is very simple: it wasn't funny. Humor is really subjective, so I couldn't really tell you why it wasn't funny, but I didn't find it funny.

Plotwise, it didn't make much sense. Fluttershy goes from extreme doormat to overly aggressive bitch with nearly no prompting. Um, how? The whole issue with people like Fluttershy is that they can't assert themselves due to social anxiety. You can't just flip a switch and do a whole personality transplant.

I only mentioned that I had an issue with the aesop because I usually don't care about them at all, so it had to be an extreme failure for me to really notice.

Anyway, I don't really feel like trying to analyze my feelings and figure out the deep secret reason I didn't care for the episode... I just didn't like it.

If that's true then I need to find a way to get to Tartarus and out the Equestria side.

The only thing that comes to mind about this episode that no one has already brought up is concerning the "pacing a groove in the floor" gag.

That is, it reminded me of a gag that was in a Sylvester and Tweety short that aired on Cartoon Network yesterday.

@Bluespade: Regarding Fluttershy's sudden assertiveness, I sort of read that as her having a lot of bottled up anger. She sometimes seems pretty quick to go into Flutterrage.

I guess not. I like Large Ham characters, but they have to be done a certain way or they just bore me. I'm picky.

Hey Mousa, there a question I need to ask you.

When it comes to your sketches what type of scanner do you use to upload your pics.

I really doubt it was supposed to be racist; Pinkie and Rarity were referring to Iron Will's abrasive personality, not the fact that he was a minotaur. Fluttershy just took them too literally.

@David, Well I use a photosmart HP scanner for all my high quality drawings. If i just want to get something up quick or the computer with the scanner is occupied, I take a picture on my iphone and send it to photobucket, thus why the quality is always up and down.
