@Crow: It was quite a long time ago, but from what I remember, somebody created a sockpuppet that basically posted in-character as Twilight Sparkle. Things snowballed from there and sockpuppets of other cast members started showing up en masse. Storyyeller could probably find the point that that stuff started.
Jteeth: Were the sockpuppets acting in character?
@J Teeth Okay, thanks for replying.
What ever happened to Owloysius anyway? They had a whole episode devoted to him becoming Twilight's new assistant, and then he was never seen again. That sort of thing bugs me, this show needs more consistency. He showed up in May The Best Pet Win I guess, that's something.
And I'm not surprised to see Gummy won, Gummy is the best pet.
Storyyeller could probably find the point that that stuff started.
Begin the Storyyeller summoning ritual!

The main difference was that here it only happened once, but it was ridiculously dense.
Actually, it happened twice.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
The easy answer is that writers are lazy.
The thing is, I can never quite make up my mind about that. A lot of the things the writers do on this show
do seem really lazy: flanderizing a character to drive home the episodic aesop, lack of continuity, repeating episode plots in quick succession, etc. But at the same time, the quality of writing is much higher than any other kids show I know (other than
Avatar).
Maybe
Brilliant, but Lazy?

Bear in mind that the general lack of continuity is partially intentional.

Oops, the first link was wrong. I fixed it now.

Alright question time: Do you all think it would fit better for Daring Do to like teaching or dislike it?

Considering she pretty much has the same personality as Rainbow Dash, I'd say she'd enjoy it as long as she had the chance to show off her knowledge of something. Rainbow seemed to enjoy teaching Apple Bloom karate.

@L Mage: I have her liking teaching the freshmen because that's when the students are most excited about her subject. Alternatively she can love the part where she meets bright young minds and hate everything else associated with teaching.
Sometimes I wish this thread was more chaotic and goofy, but that would involve constant complete derails, so I guess it's a good thing it's not.
Wow,
Hilarious in Hindsight much?
