@Syd He's gaining ground, but I will admit it would go quicker if he would read more.
Well, really, if he's been reading the current pages as well then his goal line is actually not increasing.
I was under the impression that he posts his progress from wherever he was, and it would just end up here.
No, his progress has always been his total progress. I'm honestly surprised he's even made it to the 39% he's currently stuck at.

Face it, Cysma. Your archive binging is never going to work unless you start reading over 1, 000 pages a day
Interesting typo.
Anyway, anyone want to speculate on whether Cysma will ever reach 40%? He's been stuck at 39 for a while now, and barely seems able to stay in place.

If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
He can do it if he wills it.
Good night, Freeman
Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.
And starts reading more than 500 posts per day. I think he'd have to do at least 1000 to have a reasonable chance of catching up.

The more we post asking ourselves whether he'll make it or not, the more likely the answer is 'or not.'
Consider it an opportunity to knock some sense into him and get him to finally pick up the pace.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
I wonder what will happen to our post count if we make it a goal to post over 500 times per day collectively?
We already post a lot more than 500 times per day.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
Ah, finally got rid of that headache (mostly). I feel alive again.
I think she could be close to someone, even knowing she would outlive them. I personally feel that any immortal/long-lived/whatever individual who's not able to move past the fact that yes, people die isn't in the best emotional state anyway. You're essentially abandoning the world because you don't want to be reminded that death is a constant. Yes, I can see why some immortals might try to sequester themselves from it, but to limit your relations because you want to avoid grief seems awfully selfish to me.
Thank you for summing up my thoughts exactly. I really hate it when people automatically judge immortality as a bad thing. People can get used to anything, even dealing with death hundreds of times over. It doesn't invalidate the good things in life.
Anyway... what are we talking about now?
If I die tomorrow/ I'll be alright/ because I believe/ that after we're gone/ the spirit carries on.
Hey anyone ever want to do sockpuppets again? We still have Katara around, and I'm sure others can dust off their accounts.
^ Cysma's foolish quest to read the entire thread at a rate of 500 posts per day.
