Do remember that Twilight was straining herself immensely while doing that. I'd imagine that she could probably use magic to "see" around her the same way a blind man taps on things with a cane to see them, but it would be clumsy and lacking in detail unless she really put a lot of effort into it. It would probably be much easier to just cast a light spell.

Gingerale has been here before, and is of no relation to Gingerninja (I think).

But Twi was also carrying a huge load at the same time and holding a giant bear in the air so I'd say just looking around with magic isn't that expensive. Oh and she was milking the cows which is precision telekinesis.

Well, when 6/7 of your protagonists are mares and the odd guy out is of a different species, you don't even need yuri goggles, especially since the animators seem to have snuck a lot of in-context shipteasing

The only pair I can sort of, slightly see is Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, but pretty much only from that episode with Gilda, which was quite a long time ago.

I've seen a lot of people say this sort of thing, but I've never noticed any evidence of it myself. In the Hearts and Hooves episode the CMC seemed pretty determined to find a stallion for Cheerilee, didn't' they?

Honestly I've never once seen a shipping discussion on this thread. It's actually really weird, that's normally a big topic for any show.
