Ah, ok. No I know nothing about Doctor who, other than they all wear really horrible eccentric outfits.

@Blue Oh? So everyone in ASOIAF is an asshole? sigh

No. But it is very, very, very Grey and Grey Morality, no one gets to be a saint if they want to get anything done. There are legitimately good people, but they tend to also have big flaws or just get taken advantage of.

Actually, I GUESS Celestia could be Brienne, if she were uglier.

[up][up][up][up][up][up] That give me the idea of Tyrion being Trollestia.

[up][up][up][up] They're just not as benevolent as Celestia is. Sure a lot of them are terrible people, but a lot of them are good people as well.

Dangit!! I'm no good with Grey and Gray Morality. My sympathies always end up getting divided and I'm left with no desire to root for anyone

@Ginger: Don't like Grey and Grey Morality. Fan of Code Geass. Sorry, that does not compute.

[up][up][up] With Grey and Gray Morality I usually just pick one and stick with them to the bitter end.

@Blue In Code Geass there's a definite side that I sympathize with more than the other (the britannians)

The problem with most G&G moralities for me is that I end up not caring for anyone

@Ginger: See I feel the opposite. I really hate Darkness Induced Audience Apathy, but in (well written) Grey and Gray Morality situations, I end up caring for everyone.

[up] But that's sorta what happens, but since I care for everyone, I also don't want to see conflict, nor do I want to see anyone win because I don't want to see the other side lose. I gain no satisfaction from it, which leads to me not caring

It's why I stopped reading Negima!

By the way Ginger, Negima is ending in three chapters.

Personally, I like it more when all the characters are sympathetic, including the antagonists. It's far from necessary, though. Having unsympathetic protagonists is much more likely to annoy me than anything the antagonists do.

@Arha I have no problem with sympathetic antagonists (duh), but I still want them to be in the wrong.

for me, it's more interesting to have a character who's wrong and sympathetic, than it is to have loads of characters who are sympathetic and ARGUABLY in the wrong.

Are you implying there's something wrong with knowing your limitations? tongue

@Arha: Same here; Having sympathetic characters in general is really important when I read or watch something. That's part of the reason why I think this show is leagues ahead of it's predecessor's; the characters are relateable in addition to being entertaining.

They are great! The tatoos are a nice touch, though like I said the the lines I assume are ribs are a bit sharp, it balances out with the muscels. :D

I don't think I have seen that many humanized Dr. Hooves, this one is now my fav cool

No one makes humanized Doctor Whooves because all thay'd have to do is watch Doctor who. The big deal with him is that's been ponified under mysterious circumstances.

@L Mage, yeah, I had finished before I saw your comment but I'll keep that in mind for future images.

And not tattoos, Cutie marks, or rather Macho Makrs in their case.

On Grey and Grey Morality, I think it makes for an interesting story if the lines between hero and villain aren't entirely clear-cut. It makes it possible to root for a number of different people, and tives you the opportunity to see things from the perspective of characters who intially would seem to be the villain.

Thing is, though, there are people in ASOIAF that try to be genuinely heroic.

They tend to get killed.
I have a message from another time...
