Personally, I find asexuality to be no better or worse than any other sexuality... It's just different.

Yeah. We'd been speaking about asexuality, specifically. I'd posted an image that posited octavia as an asexual and a few people took issue with it.

My main question with the asexuality thing is how you can create a split between the idea of having not have a sex drive, but still enjoying it. If they enjoy sex at all I'd say that they do have something of a sex drive, but it's just not very strong.

I find BDSM scary, but I don't condem it myself.

No, I get it Ginger. I mean I don't quite understand the your exact reasoning for it, but it's not as if you're the only one who's been intimidated by something they didn't understand. In fact a lot of people don't like the concept of asexuals, because it flies in the face of what they feel themselves. An asexual feels unnatural for them. As long as you don't persecute people based on what you realize is an irrational fear, you're fine.

Do you want to go out and make one or something to fulfill your desire to get one? Probably not. You might like to eat them, but you wouldn't bother to pursue it at all.

I don't think it's better. Being asexual means you're less likely to pursue romantic relationships. Isn't that a big thing to be missing out on?

You can be, but if you don't desire sex you're still less likely to pursue a relationship. No reproductive urges means you're not going to be trying to reproduce.
