Probably the same as us. Twilight was working late at night in 'Owls well that Ends Well', so there's that. Like us, Pony sleep cycles would probably shift later with the invention of electric lighting. And I don't see any reason why one wouldn't like the night, once the option is open. But then, I'm a night person as well, so I'm a bit biased...

I think its funny that the one day we see where ponies are actually encouraged to stay up all night is for Celestia's holiday.

Yeah, I always liked to think of that as the straw that broke the came's back, myself.

"You mean...everypony stays up? All night? Why that's wonderful! Finally they'll get to see my beautiful sky! Why I - ...say, what are all those paper suns for? OH YOU BITCH!"

^Poor Luna. At least now she's hopefully learned her lesson, and hopefully everypony in Equestria has learned to appreciate both night and day.

We still haven't seen her though. I don't think they've learned a damn thing

They did go out to see that meteor shower once. So, you know, there's a little appreciation there.

I randomly thought of what an episode would be like if the mane cast met their colt versions.

Would they be opposites in all ways, or the same, but different?

For some reason I find lesbian shipping among the mane cast uncomfortable. It may be wrong. But I am the only one that feels this way?

No, but for me it's more...I don't want to think of horses and sex. I also don't want to think of these characters and sex. They're just too juvenile.

I don't want to think of horses and sex, and I don't want to think of same-gender and sex. So no, you're not the only one.

Although that depends on what you mean by that, blueharp.

Take say Twilight Sparkle, her contrast could be either total anti-learning and anti-magic(the opposite_, or just against organization, but still a knowledge hound(S, butD).

At least that's how I was thinking of it.

She is awesome and adorable.

Well, she did do an emo photoshoot that one time...

I don't have any issue with shipping the mane cast, as long as it doesn't go too far into detail or too far past, hm, about 75% seriousness. For the most part, it's just fun to consider the personality interplays would work out - take Appledash on, say, Valentine's Day (or the Equestrian equivalent). The ensuing storm of embarrassment and earnest awkwardness would be fantastically cute.

EDIT: And do I have to mention Gilda's dynamic toward Dash?

EDIT EDIT: Incidentally, there must be someone trying to work out a timeline for the episodes. Are they making any progress...?

EDIT 3: Son Of Edit: (I'm trying to avoid doubleposting. Sue me.) Am I the only one who finds "Party Of One", and Gummy in general, to be really really creepy?

I'd might find Gummy creepy if his attempts to kill the others weren't so darn funny.

Party of One is rather creepy to Me Too. Pinkie's breakdown was very very freaky when I first saw it.

I found "Party of One" genuinely creepy, but I enjoyed it all the more because of it.

I thought those scenes in Party of One were hilarious, though sad at the same time.

I think the writers are very brave for whipping out the Ren and Stimpy-esque psychosis in the first season
