I missed the first half of it when it was streaming, so I had to watch it again. Then I'm watching it again for when I write my review of it.

And I still think they overdid it a little.

I don't know, the fact that they tried to force it out of her by making her uncomfortable just seemed mean.

@Blue Same, I've only ever rewatched an episode when showing it to someone else. I showed Applebuck Season to my brother last night, which didn't go as well as I hoped. He was really turned off by the heavy handedness of the moral at the end, which pretty much means he won't care for the rest of the series either.

It took me a long time to get past the heavy handed morals too. I eventually realized I could just zone out and do something else as soon as I heard the words "Dear Princess celestia." And now in season 2 they've been getting better about that, so it's all good.

Yeah, the morals are way better this season.

As for re-watching episodes, I don't really do a whole lot of that. Some episodes I really like I'll rewatch, like Party of One or Lesson Zero. Other than that, I generally just watch once.

I've rewatched Season 1 a few times. Unfortunately it seems I've watched Griffon the Brush Off 20 times. Didn't even intend that. It's not even close to being my favorite episode, but it's been the selected episode of Brony Movie Night several times, and sometimes I'll start a season 1 marathon but can't get past episode 5, because to be honest the season starts off slowly and picks up at Suited for Success.
