Deliberately vague. Could be anything from sex scandal to dressing in style. The important thing (that Trixie doesn't bring up) is that the victim was presumably blackmailing Rainbow Dash, thus additional motive.

Funny, but I thought Phoenix had a bit more respect for Edgeworth than that
favourite bit so far is Phoenix pulling an ill thought out Objection when Trixie mentioned that a bolt of LIGHTNING killed Ace Swift. I love it when the Cornered music starts up all triumphantly, only to make Phoenix look like an idiot a few seconds later

Again, I'm glad they didn't make Trixie incompetent.
Phoenix raises a good point though, with the exception of Edgeworth, why does EVERY prosecutor have to be an asshole? Even Edgeworth ACTS like an asshole to Wright when he's in court
