I'm more pissed about how immature the Ponyarchive guys reaction was. Seriously, you're making the fandom look bad by doing crap like that.

We do need a recurring antagonist character. Doesn't even have to be
evil.
Could even use Luna for that. Obstructionistic black tape for things (becasue red tape isn't Her thing - we had a nice chat over it on our dinner date).

Recurring antagonist would be sweet.
Tealove is best pony.
Princess Cadence, maybe? Sure, She looks all sweet and stuff, but behind closed doors, She plots nefarious things. I asked Luna about it last night, but She was oddly silent about the whole thing.
Yes, She liked The Phantom of the Opera - thought Erik should've been a woman, though, and didn't care for Raoul
at all.

Reverse Magic:
If we're doing fol ponies, I was thinking that foiling Magic would be better served by foiling friendship. When Twilight got Discord'd, it was the result of losing all faith in her friendship. Perhaps her foil would be extremely cynical?
I have a message from another time...
Jade Star. That's his name.

I think Foil! Twilight would be very impulsive, instead of planning everything in advance.
I just wish the people who do those recolors would take the time to fix the eyes; most of the time it just looks like Rarity with a dye job.
Yes - he'd be very skilled at connecting dots on the fly, making stuff up, but is gifted at it.
He'd operate off of his gut instinct a lot. Intuition, and all that. Still very intelligent. Does a lot of studyiing, just to learn things. Calls upon this knowledge to back up his instincts. slightly ADD, can draw connections between two totally different things without effort.
May have to make short lists to help him stay on focus, though. Could rely on his friends for that.
