@Giner: Yeah. My ideas for the reverse!elements/foil!six went a bit like this:
Reverse Magic: A unicorn incapable of using any magic, similar to how people are born blind. He resented the disability initially, and strayed away from other ponies. He's a distant pony by nature, and he makes up for his lack of magic with ingenuity and cleverness, the ability to think and plan on the fly. He tends to drift through life without making meaningful connections, but his by-the-pants lifestyle brightens anypony's day who he comes across. He got dragged along with the group by reverse Generosity, and is slowly starting to warm up to them. For the most part though he's an outlyer of the group, jumping in with a quick plan when they need help. Probably a stage magician, fooling ponies into thinking he has magic with tricks.
Reverse Honesty: A storyteller, possibly with a
Multiple Choice Past. He'll rarely give a straight or honest answer, and will often invent wild stories. Believes that the truth isn't important, and that an entertaining story is the best thing in life, regardless of whether or not it actually happened. If the foils are a group of their own he might invent stories of their fame by accident.
Reverse Generosity: A collector, some might say hoarder. He collects all sorts of things, even the things that most ponies normally wouldn't want. If he can find something that somepony isn't using or doesn't want anymore, he'll take it. As a result he's a bit of a dumpster diver and a tad grubby. Despite what it seems though, he doesn't collect because he's selfish. He collects because he can see an intrinsic value and beauty to everything; everything had worth to him, so he wants it all, especially since other ponies don't want them. Might have brought the team together in the first place - nopony wanted them, so he wanted to give them a place.
Team Dad. Might be independently wealthy due to a few lucky finds that he sold to a good home.
Reverse Kindness: A
Cruel To Be Kind sort. He's harsh, and often seems like a
Jerk Ass, but is in truth a
Jerk with a Heart of Gold. He's mean and blunt because he genuinely does care, and wants everyone to be the best they can. Might be a very strict teacher, who wants to see his students be their very best. Might berate his teammates to try and make them be better.
Reverse Loyalty: Almost never steps up to help any of his friends or teammates; not because he doesn't care, but because he believes that they can take care of themselves without his help. Might have a bit of an insecurity issue, similar to Dash's but more prevalent. He's very talented, but doesn't think much of himself and prefers to let other people do the work before he does; again because he believes in them. Probably doesn't have a job of his own, and if he does it's probably an assistant of some sort.
Reverse Laughter: A deeply stoic pony, he can be quiet and keeps his feelings to himself. On the inside he loves them all deeply, but doesn't know how he can show it. Very determined, and can be argumentative because of it, but because he sticks to his guns so firmly he actually encourages the team and keeps them going strong because they know that even when they can't be strong, he will. Ironically, the heart of the team.
Hm... actually, I could see this group having an interesting dynamic as travelling performers... I'm liking this idea!
