So, I'm 99% sure we're getting a song this episode. But wouldn't it be awesome if we got multiple songs? I would explode into a pile of confetti.
Also,
this
screenshot from a few pages ago looks like it's from Canterlot. Or is that just me?

Oh, look at that, it appears I've become BOLTED TO THE WALL!

Hard to tell, what with all the decorations.
And Rarity, what is that hat.
I have a message from another time...
The background ponies have two pegasi so I doubt it's Canterlot.

The buildings don't look like they're in Ponyville, so that's just my guess.

But this is the celebration of when all the ponies got together. Don't you think they'd do the same now?
Oh, look at that, it appears I've become BOLTED TO THE WALL!
There was a Pegasus in Sweet and Elite. In the background of that bad luck-laden airship christening.

True. I guess it could be a mass migration. But I don't see any random unicorns in that screenshot. (takes a closer look)

Wow, a lot of Pinkie in there. She has a Christmas song, so I'm psyched for that.

You know, I'm going back through some of the dozens of pages you guys leave in your wake every time I go to sleep, and I'm wondering why it's assumed that Sparkler
couldn't open the jar of peanut butter. We saw her with it for all of two seconds before Dash swooped in and demanded to do it herself. Heck, Sparkler knew exactly what she needed to do to loosen it enough to open.
I know, it's a minor point, but it keeps showing up, apropos of nothing.

I just saw that screenshot for the first time and I have come to the conclusion that I have better fashion sense than Rarity.

You don't think
this
is fashionable? Or
this
? Or-
Actually, you may have a point.

I sincerely doubt Hearths' Warming is our Christmas episode. "Smile, Smile, Smile" is four minutes of song and it's not connected to this play in any way, shape or form; they wouldn't devote a full fifth of the episode to it. Not to mention that, despite the elements of getting together in harmony, this just doesn't feel like a Christmas episode.

I don't think "Smile Smile Smile" is going to be in this episode. I'm still doubtful it'll be in the show at all. I'm just basing the whole Christmas song on that tweet Pinkie's VA sent out about a Christmas song. Although, in retrospect, she might be talking about the Hub commercial.

You didn't notice I picked videos of her doing un-classy things on purpose? How rude.

Did anyone else notice the train tracks & tunnels back in "Sweet and Elite"? I knew those would be used later in the season!
"Smile, Smile, Smile" references 'the perfect gift for me', and the whole feel of the song (to me) is that Pinkie's friends don't know what to get her for Pony Christmas Analogue.

@Sky Strike, I am an arteest. I was purposefully paying attention to the aesthetics, her unlady-like behavior was both understandable and irrelevant. I consider myself a gentleman and I have plenty of moments where I act utterly silly.
