So, is it correct to call that Arabic chick an arm candy?

Personally, I'd use the term leg candy or hoof candy myself.

Also, anyone else remember that online flash game "The Fancy Pants Adventures"? Because hearing that the most important Pony in Canterlot is named "Fancy Pants" and knowing that he's actually a pretty cool guy combined with remembering that game makes me want to head canon him as being some kind of part-time adventurer. Possibly like a younger pony version of Uncle Scrooge McDuck.

Huh, well I always assumed that the mane cast would WANT some kind of celebration. Being rewarded for all their hard work, but they also wouldn't want something so unusual to permanently effect their standing in the world. This way they could have both

but I don't think the mane cast WANT to be known as the wielders of harmony, even within Ponyville, it would affect everpony's opinion of them (especially Ponyvillians, you saw how they reacted to the MMDW)

What if everypony at the celebration AGREED to get neuralized? (yeah, I know I'm pushing this too much, but it still sounds like the most logical answer to me

)

I think Rainbow Dash, and maybe Rarity would want to be known for that. The only one who I think would defiantly not want the attention would be Fluttershy.

I'm starting to think the Eo H are one of Equestria's classified secrets...after all, if they remain unknown...nobody will try to get at them.

And I'm talking about the objects themselves...though who's to say that there arn't Royal Agents guarding the Mane 6...apart from the fact that they get into danger.

The only way I can really get the Discord episodes to fit is to assume that it takes place after all the other episodes. Which is possible, I guess, although I think those episodes are best thought of as the season 1 closer rather than the season 2 opener, due to the parallels.

I just tend to assume that unless something from the opening episodes is needed for the episode they are writing (like Luna Eclipsed), the writers ignore what happened in the season openers.

I love the look on Celestia's face at the beginning when Rarity sucks up. You can litterly hear her thinking "That's nice dear, that okay, I'm glad you're so impressed (heeheeheeeohmanwhere'sthedoor...)"

@Mio: That's basically how I see it. If the cast was as famous as those episodes would require, it would drastically change all the other episodes, and I don't think anyone wants that.

It just seems like the most logical thing to me.

It allows the writers greater freedom of ideas, and coincides with Hasbro/The Hub's desire to keep continuity to a minimum.

Awww, I never like throwing things into discontinuity. It just feels like I'm giving up if I do that

plus, It basically means we have to ignore two of my favourite episodes

AND, it means that Luna Eclipsed doesn't take place in the same universe as Lesson Zero or the others

I don't like to either, but I can't think of how all these episodes fit together without using excessive fan wank (the only fan wank I have come up with for how the upper class does not recognize the Mane 6 is just that most nobles don't know anything that goes on outside their little world).

That or we assume the writers utilize Broad Strokes extensively.
