Fahrenheit converts to Celcius at a different scale, depending on where it is. So 30C is like 90F, but -30C is -30F. IT makes it baffling to me people actually us Fahrenheit, because it must be incredibly hard to measure if the difference between degrees is different every time.

Also as I understand it most Metric units are based on universal constants - a meter is based on the distance light travels in some bit of time, Celcius degrees based on the difference between water temperature when 1 kevlin is added or someting like that.

Horses themselves are generally measured in hands, but, well...

Kelvin starts at absolute zero, so 0 Kelvin is -275 Celsius I believe.

0 Celsius is Solid to Liquid Water and 100 is Liquid to Gas. Everything else is worked out from that.

And yeah Celsius is way better.

Ponies technically have feet each with one toe (the hoof) or something like that, IIRC. The show has them measure in feet, in any event.

Yeah EG Pinkie is a twig...yet she's canon...le sigh.
