In Las Pegasus we have 3 seasons:

• burn your skin off hot

• liquify your bones hot

• and two 3 week periods where it's slightly above average that pass for spring and fall.

Mmm... could be kinda neat. You could have like, a homestead kinda thing, and it'd be like in Animal Crossing where the point is to improve your home, except in order to do it you have to go out and get materials on your own, which could require some adventuring-type stuff. They could have a bunch of different skill trees for different things, like crafting skills to make furniture other ponies could buy, or combat skills for adventuring to get rarer materials, or any number of things. I can imagine them having a bunch of cooperative or competitive little games, maybe based on other talents - music stuff or other performances, so people can watch you play them, or cooking or stuff.

Maybe they could have a 'comfort' system added to your house too, so t's not just a matter of aesthetics, but you actually get bonuses for having a comfortable living space, to encourage players to ample all the different disciplines before they fall right into one without thinking.

And perhaps they could have events with the Mane Six, like Pinkie is throwing a party and is looking for the best performers, and whoever gets the best score in the performing minigames gets something special. Or cooperative events too, like a swarm of Parasprites comes into town, and the producers have to make stuff for the fighters to fend them off.

Man, this could be really cool. Gameloft should have made this shit.

And you could rebuild Ponyville after the Sprites.

I like the idea of helping ponies around town and doing sidequests to help, mainly because it actually fits with the setting and wouldn't feel out of place like a lot of rpg's.

And that's why Flash Sentry won't be in S4.

@JT: I know that feel. Vancouver may have been right near the ocean but it was temperate enough it never got bad. All Montreal has a river, but it's brutal.

Of course it doesn't help I live only a few blocks from the river, I guess.

@Kegisak: Seriously, it's like every winter I go "Man this sucks, I wish it would warm up." Then a week of spring hits and everything is wonderful. Than summer appears early and I can't remember what was so awful about it being cold out.

I don't care too much about the temperatures, myself, but I absolutely loathe winter driving.

See, I've lived with that weather for long enough that I just know that I love winter way more than Summer, now. I'd much rather be cold than hot. You can always put on another layer, after all.

I actually learned to drive in Winter(In a small town in the prairies, yet) so I've never had a problem with it. It was hilarious getting to Vancouver and watching the roads shut down as soon as the tiniest bit of snow showed up. Of course the counter is I don't have much experience driving on hills, so...

So, ponies... I still wonder if Cloudsdale has some kind of temperature control going on. It's hard to tell what the actual altitude is like, though apparently it's high enough there can be natural clouds below them.

@Kegisak: Yeah, we have issues like that too. The problem isn't so much the snow, it's that we have nowhere to put it. The snowplow clears the streets by dumping the snow on the sidewalks, which then gets shoved back into the street. You can't get rid of it, you just move it around until it melts.

I'll never forget the time I cam home from school one day to find a 8-foot pile of snow on the front walk... which was my job to shovel.

I managed to get a solid two feet off of it before my mum got home and pointed out I could just shovel around it.

Well something like LOE, you can't just keep secret till it's done and release it to the nets where a C&D cant touch it, you need to keep servers running for it, which are easy to C&D, unless they build it in such a way that anyone could easily make their own server for it and let it fly free.

Also, a ponified Animal Crossing game would be like perfect. I can't think of any other game type that would fit the setting better.

So, how would the cast react if Spike got hit by a pus and maybe died or maybe just broke both legs?

They'd probably vomit. I mean, that much pus must be utterly foul.
