I just think she wouldn actually realize she was doing anything wrong. Because every time the cop tries to tell her off she speeds away to fast to hear him, and either blind luck or skill keeps her out of his traps, or she thinks he's just some random guy harrassing her.

Hell, it might end up with her coming down to tell him off for stalker her, and he arrests her!

To give the Cop credit...they should portrayed as an Inspector Zenigata. Start off the episode by showing them doing a badass bit of policing.

But yeah, it would be a good idea to portray him as a good cop in the beginning. Maybe one with not much to do, but a friendly neighborhood sort of copper. Goes around helping ponies out when he hasn't got any criminals to chase like Dash.

She didn't let herself get caught, he just suckered her in to making herself an easy target. He was clever, and he had PATIENCE and PERSISTANCE! (I'm trying to make that his catchphrase, if you couldn't tell)

Btw, what if Dash's speeding startles Granny Smith and makes her drop her shopping, and as the Officer helps her pick it up, that's what prompts them to go after Dash?

A well meaning cop who stubbornly continues to use Trottingham's outdated methods of law enforcement, even when he's in Ponyville (meaning he's the ONLY cop around who acts british)
