Also, about half the cast of Gwen worked on Galaxy beforehoof, so you'll probably be getting Hey, It's That Voice! reactions as you go.

Also, Kablam and Hey Arnald remain my favorite 90s shows, with Rugrats and the Wild Thornberries as close seconds.

I'm sorry to say, you've been eaten by a Grue.

Bill Nye for the win. He was the man. Rugrats and Kablam were pretty awesome too. I remember laughing my head off watching the Prometheus and Bob sections.

The first thing the latest version of Flash did was freeze my computer. That doesn't bode well.

Flash? Who needs Flash?

Hey man, don't mock Flash. He's a cool guy, he does forensic science and doesn't afraid of anything.

We all need Flash. He'll save every one of us.

Aww, yeah Bill Nye. Him and Magic Schoolbus where my go-to science shows as a kid.

Lesse: Powerpuff Girls, Rugrats, and Sailor Moon were three of my favorites as a kid. Plus there was Dexter's Lab, Animaniacs (which my father and I still watch now that it's on The Hub), Ed, Edd n' Eddy, and for the early 2000's we had Samurai Jack, Justice League and Megas XLR.

Also, don't mock Flash! He was my favorite in the Justice League cartoon...

If I had to describe real life horses, I'd use these three words: big, cute and smelly. I think at some point media decided to play up the cute aspect.

Given their smell, I never got close enough to assess potential cuteness.

Also, I've never considered horses to be "cute". They fall more into the "cool" category of animals. Not that they can't be cute, but it's not their default state the way that it is for say, puppies or kittens.

When I was a colt I used to play games like hide n' seek and tag in this forested area near Cloudsdale. Being smaller than I am now had its uses. I was able to easily hide in bushes and small openings.

Horses I always found kind of funny, because they're absolutely absurd looking - with their huge bodies supported on spindly little legs, and their ginormous cheeks, and their great big noses. They're kinda Ugly Cute, to me.

Also, I was reading a bit of Demon Knights today - there's a character in it called The Horsewoman, who's a paraplegic with the power to connect herself telepathically with horses. She's recently picked up a work stallion called Brickwedge, who's a Deadpan Snarker of the highest caliber, and he's great. I kinda want to see a pony version of him. Also I really hope he lasts. The Horsewoman has a tendency to go through mounts rather quickly, but this is the first one whose thoughts we could see sometimes...

I did so by carrying cement blocks around

Breezeblocks in the UK, right?

As for my childhood, I barely watched TV. But I do remember some of those shows from the rare cases when I did get to watch TV.

What's funny is that in the case of Arthur and Magic School Bus, I read most of the books but didn't watch TV. In the case of Magic School Bus, I never realized that they evne made it into a show.

I loved horses as a kid. I had a big horsey phase, with the Gen 2 and 3 MLP, and some regular looking horse toys. I begged my parents for riding lesson, but they (wisely) turned me down.
Priceless!

@Orion: Technically a compliment. You look bizarre, but that's part of what I've always liked about horses. There was a summer camp I went to as a lad that had horse trails, and I always signed up. My grandpa used to work with them, too(He had to stop recently due to heart problems, also he had kind of a falling out with the new owner because she didn't really know how to handle horses that well). He's apparently been around them sinceh e was a kid - he tells me he used to ride to school on a black steed... named Nigger.

@Posey. Did you like G2 then? The designs seem more horselike than the First compared to the first's chubby-cute and the Third's moe look.

Ah yes, the 90's. Full of great cartoons, video games and movies. Though ironiclly I didn't get to watch much of what I think is one of the best 90's cartoons till just last month.

Speaking of Beast Wars, you know what's weird? Watching Beast Wars, and then watching Bridle Gossip, Over A Barrel and A Friend In Deed. Why? Because the people who voiced Flutterguy, the Buffalo Chief and Cranky Doodle voiced three diffrent reccuring charactors on Beast Wars {In fact, the person who voiced the buffalo chief voiced 4 charactors on that show}, so now whenever Flutterguy, the Chief or Cranky talk, I keep hearing Tigertron, a more gruff sounding version of Silverbolt, and Rhinox retrospectivly.tongue

If we don't get a Equestria Girls PMV of Flash Sentry set to Queen's "Flash", the fandom will have failed me for the last time.

I'm still a bit scared to ride horses. An older horse just went nuts after I tried to get the guy to go a little faster. He reared, and took off at a fast gallop. Heck, I nearly fell off if it wasn't for my tight grip.

@Orion: No problem. -Gives Orion garlic-

@Story: Yes, they do. The Buffalo Chief sounds pretty diffrent, but not too much, Flutterguy sounds almost exactly the same as Tigertron, and Cranky sounds exactly like Rhinox.
