A first is the same thing as an "A" or a "distinction". (Is form the commonwealth and so has had to deal with multiple terms for grades)

EDIT: The other passing gardes are a "second" and a "third". They are short for "first-class pass", "second-class pass" and "third-class pass".

I wouldn't mind an RD spin-off too much. Though I'd be sad only Rainbow got her own spin-off and no anyone else in the cast.

It could very well but just a series of side stories; getting her own spin-off doesn't mean she has to leave the show. It'd also be pretty dumb to get rid of a main character while the show is still running, imo.

No, wait, I got it:

It's the story of EQG!Rainbow that starts a rock band.

If you're talking 'bout the trademark, They why did they trademark the plural form?

I don't think Rainbow Dash would leave even if she had a spinoff. The episodes of Fi M were meant to be seen in Anachronic Order so it's plausible that any episodes of a hypothetical spin off would take place between episodes of either show.
