I don't actually know. Princess Celestia is currently trying to strengthen ties between Saddle Arabia and Equestria and hopefully we'll better understand one another as those ties are strengthened. The size difference does make it seem unlikely, but if somepony were to look at dogs, they would see that a surprising aount of morphological and size variation can occur within a species. As such, they may effectively be simply another tribe rather than another species.

Pinkie and Twilight would be somewhat (if not completely) clueless, RD and rarity would flirt back, Fluttershy would hide behind her hair and back away slowly, and Applejack would be like "seriously?"

I think Applejack would be perfectly happy flirting back, though probably in a very straightforward manner. She's a family gal after all, she's probably gonna want a husband some day.

If the fandom is any indication, Twilight's idea of flirting is already some kind of singularity of glorious awkward.

“Can I get you ladies anything else to go with that?” our waitress asks.

“You, ” I say. “Because you’re hot. Like this coffee. Only with sexiness instead of boiling water and dissolved particles of ground up beans. Not that I’m objectifying you. I mean I’m sure you have lots of other nice qualities that also somehow relate to coffee, I just didn’t want to imply that I thought you were literally the same temperature as the coffee even though I guess that’s what I said. If you had a body temperature as high as hot coffee you’d die in agony as you were cooked alive from the inside out oh Celestia why am I still talking?” I clamp my mouth closed before I can do any more damage. The two mares staring at me in silence is somehow even worse. Maybe I can salvage this?

“Wait, no, caffeine! You’re like the coffee because we’ll be up all night, the implication being that we’ll be banging! But then as our relationship goes on I’ll develop a terrible case of insomnia, and I’ll cheat on you with tea to try to wean myself away until eventually a doctor tells me I have to quit you cold turkey because I’m developing heart palpitations and odd muscle tremors.”

So we got some new people in my RL Pathfinder group, and it was character creation day today. The topic of Dread Necromancers came up, and I decided to make a terrible pun and ask if I could be an Undread Necromancer. That spawned a whole discussion on what the opposite of Dread is, and we eventually decided that the antonyms were pleasing and ridiculous. Basically, an Undread Necromancer would be someone who goes around spreading good cheer through ridiculous meddling with the fundamental powers of life. In other words, Pinkie Pie

Also, read issue seven of the comic... pretty darn good! Not really groundbreaking, but hey, it's a setup for the next issue, so that can be forgiven. Definitely looking forward to the finish of the arc. Also talked to the comic dude... apparently he has it recorded he gave me the Rarity microcomic, but I don't have it, which is odd. So I need to order in another one, I guess.
