Anyway, had a guy in Power School that was waiting for his clearance for two years. The Navy wouldn't give him a Secret level clearance, because he had transferred from the army, and they refused to release his records to them, because some of the shit he did in the army was Top Secret.

That's odd. Normally they want to make sure you're not on drugs if they go to the trouble of a background check. Especially since it could be potentialy blackmail or lead to financial problems.
