A lot of presentations in college that aren't high level are honestly easier than high school. It's more about just making sure that you can put together a decent powerpoint and do a half-decent job at explaining something to people. Half the time the content of the presentation is irrelevant; it's more about testing how well you can talk.
Protip: Make sure you know how to at least pronounce the words on the powerpoint if you're going to attempt plagarism.
