Mild-mannered 10-year-old Kyle Lipton was just a regular kidâ€¦until an inter-dimensional portal opened up and dropped a pair of Cosmic Power Pants onto his lap. Now Kyle is Dr. Dimensionpants, a superhero with a super intense attitude who, with the guidance of a talking unicorn named Philip, must deal with the constant threat of inter-dimensional villains bent on destroying his hometown.

That sounds fantastic!

Well, to me, it sounds like the premise to who knows how many cartoons already done, with a kid who finds something that makes him a superhero battling random villains.

Then again, DHX's whole thing is to make normally cliche'd stuff actually good.

If anyone, I think they'd be more likely to hire some of the people who have made fan animations. It's important to be able to show your work if you can.

What is the purpose of this speech? Also, my sister complained about the sun being too bright, and I jokingly suggested that they need to turn it donw. I wonder if Celestia could actually do that.

High School presentation, I assume? Those always suck, but at least that means that the standards are ridiculously low. I once managed to get a 9 out of 10 in economics for being able to point out in front of the class that "Having the red numbers bigger than the black ones is bad business."

Since I hated economics, I could use that 9 to coast along 'till graduation.

... huh. Seems awfully low-key for a college presentation. Might just be me, though. I studied Biology in university, so any presentations I had to give generally involved big sciency topics, and required research in some really difficult articles and books.

Not to piss on your course, but holding a presentation about something you can read about in a newspaper seems awfully basic.
