Butterhoof prank

Something else that occured to me - how do ponies play Football? Do tey carry the ball in their mouths? How do they catch?

They might have Foreleg or Hindleg rules.

Earth ponies use their mouth. Unicorns can use their magic, and pegasi tuck it under their wings.

A pony hoofball team would work. Unicorns would be the QB's. Earth ponies that defense line, blockers, and running backs. Pegasi the wide receivers. The pegasus can catch it in the air, but like the NFL, it doesn't count as a catch until all four hooves are on the ground, so the defenses pegasi can knock the ball out of their grip. The QB's magic has to let go of the ball before it gets X far from him.

Ohhh, so many possibilities. Or, they can just play that other sport that some backwater, far far behind the times corners of the world call Football.

...HEY. I don't like the sport either, but that's kind of uncalled for.

It was a joke.

I wonder if the Crystal Ponies have any unique sports of their own :V

Yea, most of my reaction was fake, but still, there is a rather sizable portion of the world that'd get quite pissed at that remark, joke or not. But let's just end it there.

OK, so I finally found a Toys R Us that sells the minifigs. They had the Rarity, AJ and Pinkie sets, but no RD or Twilight.

Was kinda hoping for a Gilda.

@Ed: I got a spare Gilda :V

It seems weird that they would invent a sport that requires multiple races to play. Especially when we've seen Pegasi living in Cloudsdale (no non Pegasi) with Football C Ms.

well it might not NEED multiple races, those are just ideas for how each race would best perform.

Oddly enough, the backdrops they use on the minifig packaging is pretty nice. I almost don't feel like throwing them away.

Also, Zecora is large.

I like to imagine Pegasi have some kind of cloud-based sports or something :V

Then Fluttershy accidently gets the green and blue spots mixed up and the government is called in to implement a massive quarentine.

@Irish: I've never been drunk (by choice), so I guess I know how you feel. Or don't feel, because you are a zombie, so you feel nothing.

No, even her body is a fair bit larger as well. Just interesting to note.

Maybe that's why she's a little intimidating to the ponies at first.

She gets this alot this time of year.
