Im 33... but I worked 7 years of overnight shift and I swear that prematurely aged me.

I have lost 27 lb since I got off that shift though... all I did was eat to stay awake!

I have had a hard year here...the 72 hour weeks on nights at that place for months on end...family problems...uni problems...maybe it's just the fall out of those mixed with bad diet.

Yeah stuff like that can really mess you up. Eat better, get some exercise, definitely check in with a Doctor just to be sure.

I know that diet and exercise have made a HUGE difference in my life lately.
