And Celestia and Luna for high princesses, with Cadance and Shining Armor as the Under Prince and Princess. What? We don't have those positions? We do now! Welcome to the United Kingdom of America!
Pinkie Pie for president 20XX.
In the year 20XX, the world is at party thanks to Pinkie Pie.

We all know the best ticket is Twilight Sparkle/Applejack. or Pres/VP
Hey I just had an idea. You think the mail service might be called the Pony Express?
Note that Pony Express is trademarked, but trademarks only apply to particular areas of buisness, so they're still free to use it in the show. Of course Hasbro may not want to bother.

Yeah, right after they start calling the newspaper "Equestria Daily".
You may be right. I may be crazy.
But it just may be a Lunatic you're looking for.
Of course there's little need for such services when even remote towns like Appleloosa are connected by train.

"Uh... she's adopted."
"Since when?"
"Since now."

I assumed it was separate from the forest based on how casually Fluttershy treated it. Either that or she figured the best way to lower the frog population was to feed them to the Everfree monsters.

Holy horseapples, the perfect way to fix like half of my problems with "Canterlot Wedding" just struck me: just replace Fancy Pants in "Sweet and Elite" with Cadence and Shining Armor. It would require a little rewriting of SnE, but it would establish both characters and their relationships with each other and Twilight in advance, as well as giving Twilight some sorely needed grounds for her suspicions of Cadence leading up to the wedding since the audience now has a frame of reference for her normal behavior to contrast with Chrysalis!Cadence while still leaving the possibility open that she's just acting differently out of nerves.
Well Fluer didn't really do much in S&E but I see the point. I think they were orignally supposed to cameo in the episode at least, but it got cut.

Yeah, I like Fancy Pants. And his hooker or whatever was up with that.
