Or they hide their identities in supervillain outfits like Mare Do Well, only for RD to find out the culprit after beating them...

...but it turns out to be Harry the Hypnotist instead.

I really like the idea of RD having a rival that is a cliche super villain though.

Ah I see.

I could see a rift, though I found it interesting how RD dismissed Gilda, she didn't let her temper get the best of her like she often does, she was stern, collected and rather respectful, more like she was scolding her and expectant on the possibility of her seeing her error.

As for Lightning Dust, the original plan was for her to be redeemed, and you know how the show often goes for unused gimmicks.

I get the feeling that she just doesn't think it would be worth it, that she wouldn't listen and such.

As for Lightning Dust, I don't know, I guess it's just more proof that outside the Mane Six RD tends to be bad at picking friends.
