That poll is kinda bogus because idiots from Ponychan and /mlp/ are using scripts to revote for the show multiple times per second. Not really fair. In any case, I personally find all but 2-3 of the cartoons on that list to be absolutely fantastic, so at least the people who made the poll have good taste.

Bob's Burgers is the only show on there that I'd call truly bad. I haven't seen Gravity Falls yet, but I've heard nothing but good things.

I have no idea, but if anything the commercials only made me want to avoid it more. Family Guy was decent for the first few seasons, but the recent stuff...eaugh.

Bob's Burgers is basically a show trying to put a family into a work sitcom. By making them a family that cooks burgers for a living.

It's kinda meh, as is expected of all sitcoms nowadays.

@Seraph - have you tried perusing Meetup.com to see if there are any groups in your area. They have all sorts of groups.. hiking, biking, reading, arts and crafts and even bronies.

You can also look in your local paper, see if they have an events calendar, there are often things listed there such as book clubs and various interest groups that you could check out.

Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
