you know, I might not be quite SO bad, If i could just hurry up and MOVE, stil waiting on someone else to get the paperwork he needs done for a place we are moving into together to get a lot less crowding and freedom.....but still no ETA on when.

@Seraph - have you tried perusing Meetup.com to see if there are any groups in your area. They have all sorts of groups.. hiking, biking, reading, arts and crafts and even bronies.

You can also look in your local paper, see if they have an events calendar, there are often things listed there such as book clubs and various interest groups that you could check out.

@ Ginger: [lol] I haven't got too many issues with the editing overall, but you're welcome to your opinions. That's the main reason I'm not jumping to the movies defense. That and there are places where I agree with you about the editing and the fact that you enjoyed the movie overall.

I was also distracted by my brother showing me various scenes from Braindead.

So, I've been playing Dragon\'s Dogma a lot lately, and I just finished nearly getting my ass handed to me by a Cockatrice. Fluttershy, I am not.

Is that game any good Perpetual Lurker? It looks interesting but I dont play a ton of console games (they are covered with dust!). Do you actually get to play as the Dragon?

Why are you throwing food into sewers? I don't get it.

Is there a Poe's Law equivalent for hyperbole? Like, "Not sure if hyperbole or really moronic."

If not, we could make one. It's not something I've really noticed though.

@Turtle It is so good. No, you don't get to play as a dragon. You play as a character with a million possible ways to kick the asses of mythological monstrosities across a massive open world. Think Dark Souls + Monster Hunter + Shadow of the Colossus with a little bit of Devil May Cry sprinkled over the combat and some old-school Resident Evil paranoia for when you get stuck in the wilderness at night.

Not to mention the best damn party AI I have ever seen.

Well the code itself is cross platform, but I don't know how to build it for a mac.

I could conceivably make a Mac port. Depending on your source code, it may simply require recompiling in the right environment. If it does need more (which it probably does), it might make a nice project for me to work on.
