@David: Nah, there have been other episodes that she doesn't appear in. She shows up a lot, but not in every episode.
And yeah, the Gak commercial. Seriously, WTF. It's like the Gak people realized that zillions of people would be watching and tried to buy up as much time as possible.

All in all, I'd say it was quite well-done. Yeah, Sombra was more of a plot device than an actual character, but I'm actually okay with that, as the focus of the episode was usually elsewhere anyway. They've only got 44 minutes to work with.
