If Luna destroys the brony fanbase she'd be the biggest troll in the show.

If Luna destroys our fanbase it just shows we're no different from the Sonic Fan Dumb. If Bronies are bitching about Luna's characterization then they're bitching about the way Lauren Faust intended her to be, since she created her characterization in the first place.

Hell, that is exactly what I'm expecting. I say expect the Brony fandom to turn into the Sonic fandom from the years 2005 to 2007 next week. If you were a part of that fanbase then you will know exactly what I mean.

Not saying I hope it happens. I'm just being realistic here. No matter how awesome Luna is, the fanbase will most likely turn into the biggest Broken Base this side of Sonic.

I seem to remember 2006 as the year that Sonic The Hedgehog got TOTALLY HILARIOUS.

My main exposure to the fandom has been through this thread, and I highly doubt any of you guys will go insane over this

Three days to Luna's big show.

Given the sheer heartwarming, tear-wringing caring I have seen some bronies exhibit, I have great hopes for Luna's acceptance.

Mr Rogers would have forgiven Luna and accepted her.

...! What kind of cutie mark would Mr Rogers have as a pony? A sweater, perhaps?

I really hope that only small part of fandom will whine and cry Ruined FOREVER after Luna ep.

ENOUGH TALK. FANART.

Here's my theory on the Luna/Nightmare Episode. Do not Fridge Logic my guesses.....our you will wish you were imprisoned in the Moon.

• We open up at Ponyville's town hall with the gang talking about a statue of Nightmare Night was sitting where Nightmare Moon herself was present for while in Episode #1. Spike reads the letter again. The letter was signed a important member of Canterlot. Pinkie Pie (dressed as a spacepony) thinks of Prince Blueblood. Rarity (as a vampony) laughs about that moron and offers Celestina playing a joke.
• Opening Theme
• The party is still going strong. Everyone - even Twilight Sparkle is having fun — when a white moon shows up. Girlish giggles some from the same area as the Nightmare Moon statue.
• The moonbeam pasts — revealing that Princess Luna was the one that sent the statue. She is about to explain what happen to herself in the past — but (Diamond Tiara and Sliver Soon's parents mock the ex-monster — claiming that she's worst then Prince Blueblood.
• Luna runs out. Twlight and the gang follow her.
• The Mane Six find Luna in Ponyville Library.
• Luna explains what happen to her in the past. The six friends forgive her — as she was not in her right mind. Twilight Sparkle gets a plan. The other six wonder what the plan is and huddled.
• A Ursa Major shows up.
• Luna shows up to fight it.
• The Ursa Major takes off
• The town loved it.
• At Sweet Apple Arces, Luna brings the Moon down.
• Twlight Sparkle's costume spell of Ursa Major stops working on Applejack. Twilight hands a letter to Luna.
• Celestria arrises the Sun as usual as Luna arrives with Twlight's letter.
• Celestina reads Twlight's Aesop of forgiveness — and touches horns with Luna.
• End Credits

You know, I find it somewhat ironic that the episode where Twilight goes crazy was aired the week before Batman: Arkham City came out, where Tara Strong plays Harley Quinn. Who in my mind sounds like Twilight trying to do a Harley Quinn impression.

Even better is recently on her Twitter Tara got ticked off at someone pretending to be Kevin Conroy and threw in a "Dear Princess Celestia, why would anypony pretend to be another pony that they're not?" tweet in between it all.

Yep, she's writing a letter to a pony princess asking why would anyone pretend to be Batman.

Tara's the epitome of all things epic and awesome. I really do have boundless respect for her. I still prefer Ashleigh, but still.
