It's funny how we use big words for things when small words mean almost the same thing.

Like, once, I was on the phone with my dad, and he was like, hey get this box out of the basement, and I was like, there's a portmanteau in front of it, and he was like, a what? And I was like, it's a fancy kind of luggage, and he was like, then why didn't you just say that? And I was like, because portmanteau sounds about 5 billion times cooler.

Then he was like, yeah, I guess you're right.

Yes. I'm keeping score. Plus, you misspelled XKCD.

Huh. I'd forgotten that scene.

There are five: Saruman, Gandalf, Radagast, Alatar and Pallando. I don't believe the latter two have any presence in the LOTR story at all.
