I've never understood why people attach a deeper meaning in cartoons. MLP Fi M, for all I care, is about being a good friend.

Yeah, I'm going with Fallen Legend on this one; I'm religious, and I think stuff like that just idiotic. Some people are just incapable of differentiating fiction from reality, I guess.

And yeah, I'm excited for the new intro, if only due to curiosity. I'm also curious about whether the season opener is going to influence the rest of the season; if the mane cast are all famous now it would sure change the dynamic of the show.

I'm a Christian too, and I, unlike these people apparently, don't see the devil in innocent children's cartoons. Harry Potter is also one of my favorite book series, and Pokemon is one of my favorite animes.

What's the beef with Pokemon and religious groups, anyway? Apologize for being off topic but I want to know.

Oddly enough, when that video was posted in the latest Nightly Roundup on Equestria Daily, the ensuing comments section was one of the most civil and positive discussions on religion I've ever seen anywhere on the Internet. It made feel all fuzzy and warm.

I read the comment section, and I agree. It's so nice to see people being able to discuss religion without starting a flame war over it. I mean seriously, given that Jesus himself said that the greatest two commandments were "Love God" and "Love each other", MLP is like the polar opposite of "Satanism". The main messages of both essentially boil down to "Be excellent to each other" *

Anyway, I'm going to stop talking about religion now, because it's only a matter of time before something bad happens.

I know, it's kinda hilarious that out of all the things to reach the same level of fan creation as Touhou is ponies. I mean, we've gotten sort of numb, but think about it; like a year ago, pretty much all of us would have gone "My Little Pony? That sucks."
