as proof, I don't think Pinkie puts any thought into her songs at all. She does, however, manage to harmonize with herself.

Hey guys, Granny Smith's cutie mark is an apple pie, isn't it? Granny... Pie?

Applejack and Pinkie are cousins. Pinkie's mother married Mutton Pie, which is why her name is different.

I never noticed that, but that makes total sense.

Have Pinkie and AJ had any interaction outside of Applebuck Season?
It's pronounced "Te-ah-low-ve"
I now have this mental image of Applebuckin' Time with Pinkie.
After one day, they tie her up and lock her in the barn all day just to keep things under control.

I'd like to seen an appearance by Eccles Cake, actually.
Shut up Eccles!

I guess Pinkie's first song wasn't bad and the original Hop Skip and Jump, but not a big fan of them in general.
So here's an idea I had on the way back from school:
The mane 6 decide to take a vacation in an Equestrian equivalent of Las Vegas (like Las Haygas or some lame pun like that), and each pony gets caught up and distracted by the city. Pinkie, being a total party girl, would get caught up in the general nightlife and party scene. Rarity could have somepony talk to her about how she'd be perfect for a role in some kind of onstage show and get caught up in the show business. Twilight, being all about science, statistics and logic could get caught up in some chance-based casino game like Roulette or something. Dashie and AJ, being total competitive tomboys, could get caught up in some kind of competitive casino game, and Fluttershy...um...I dunno

Future's so bright, I gotta wear shades
I don't really like Art of the Dress either. If I rewatch I skip through it.
After massive,
massive,
MASSIVE hype aversion towards this show, and an extremely powerful dislike towards anything fandom related (due to several very unpleasant online encounters with these so-called bronies), I gave the show a chance.
I was expecting a massive impact of hype backlash due to so many proclamations of how great it is. I was expecting to feel physically nauseous at the sight of so much overly-cuteness and high-pitched voices, reminding me of the scourge that is moe. I kept myself hesitant throughout the whole time before clicking on play.
Well, I did it. I saw the first two episodes.
Its pretty good.
You can't stop what's coming.
