Does Pinkie ever get a proper Show Stopping musical number?

She has lots of small ones I know that

I don't think so. The only pony to get a longer one dedicated to her is Rarity.

What's Pinkie's worst song?

Or rather, which one of Pinkie's little meddleys did you enjoy the least?

It's hard to pick one of worst.

I think maybe it was song from end of Thicket Masters.
They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.

In-universe, it would be "You gotta share."
You wished court was this cool.

Ginger: Hmmm, probably either Pinkie's Gala or You Gotta Share, You Gotta Care. Granted, the second one was made to sound awkward, so maybe I'm judging it too harshly.

Aww, I liked You Gotta Share, You Gotta Care. Her worst is probably Hop Skip and a Jump, just because it's the least developed song.

Aww, I missed the "best song" discussion.

...You know? I don't care:

I have a message from another time...

I'd have to vote for Hop Skip and a Jump as well.

As for best song, probably At The Gala.
It's pronounced "Te-ah-low-ve"

Well, I thought I'd never see the day, but it seems that Treehouse is going to air Griffon The Brush-Off after all. Going through my cable box listings, it's checked for October 26 at 9:30 pm. Of course, this is just first observations, as there's only two weeks away. Cable listing could change at any time, but this seems like the moment of truth. Will they air it uncensored? Or will the just pull a 201 on us and butcher it to death? Only time will tell, folks. Updates will be made if any changes to this occurs.

Good. God.

I cannot believe the amount of bitching and moaning going on in the DMOS page about how Discord wasn't defeated exactly as they envisioned it. Seriously, grow up...

My favorite song is probably either Art of the Dress or Sweetie Belle's version of Fluttershy's lullaby.

Or this:

Which is weird, because Pinkie's version is one of my least favorites. Some of the rhymes are just terrible.

[up]Well it was a work in progress.

Actually, that makes me wonder, how much forethought does she put into her songs? Does she have a whole bunch written up somewhere that she's just waiting for an opportunity to use, or is she just really good at improv?

Is there a trope for when characters in musicals can just pull musical numbers out of their asses without any prior rehearsal?

[up][up] I don't know about you, but Pinkie Pie doesn't strike me as a master of forward planning (unless parties are involved, whereupon she immediately turns into Sun Tzu). I'm betting improv.

[up][up][up][up]I think that's less a trope and more an expected part of the genre. When do characters in musicals ever plan them out?
