So Hurricane Fluttershy was just one big out of character moment for her? Or what about The Last Roundup, in which she took charge of the strategy for finding out what was wrong with AJ as well as actually vetoing Twilight during the chase scene? She also led the sky team for Winter Wrap Up, as well as in It's About Time. She's definitely leadership material.

Okay perpetual, you're right, I'm just being petty. she does have leadership skills, I just always find that to be difficult to reconcile with impulse control problems.

But yeah, she did rather well in the Last Roundup, and mayhaps she's better more as a coach.

I've actually heard others criticize RD's leadership in HF when it came to Thunderlane. Some have said that she should have told him to go home at the first time of illness and that her instance that he stay meant that she really only cared for the record, and thus a bad leader.

It's an interesting point but not one that I think holds up when you consider the vague implications of Thunderlane's and RD's interaction.

That newly released video claims that Faust had plans for the prinsesses parents and the words "king" and "queen" were used.

In my headcanon, the world of the show requires you to rule an entire race to be called king or queen and there are ponies outside of Equestria.

I gave her a loving family in my fic (two of them, in fact), but I'm in the minority there.

She said that she can neither confirm nor deny anything in that video, which is PR speak for "yes, but I kinda wasn't supposed to tell you."
