Broccoli: Last year the season started in September and ran 1 episode per week (with some break weeks in between), but with the shortened season coming up, I dunno if they'll stick with that.

One of the things I really liked about The Dark Knight Rises is that it acknowledged that Bruce had basically lost sight of helping Gotham, and now his quest as Batman was primarily about working through his own issues. And then Bruce actually does something about this, but that's a spoiler.

I know that it's already become a Base Breaker, but I loved the ending to The Dark Knight Rises.

Bruce is no match for Scrooge McDuck though :P That old boy's genuinely tough on a scale that when /tg/ adventurers have to choose between raiding his stash or a Dragon's horde, they all pick the Dragon.

Yeah, I mean, Scrooge went to the moon to find cheese... with awesome music playing!

YAY Derpy time.

This to me has got to be Hasbro's biggest mistake ever. A shout out to the bronies using their collective OC. Yes, to me Derpy is a brony OC collectively made after that animation error. This of course back fired on Hasbro has fans split in to so many little groups over a 45 second clip with a talking horse. It showed me just how sensitive and fragile bronies are, the 2 biggest groups, the ableist and save Derpy side. They were out of control, sending death threats over a talking horse. The save derpy side was no different, I can recall bashing heads with both of these groups. Finally after it all settled down, Hasbro fixes it. That only made the 2 sides more agitated. I know a person that felt more offended that Derpy was altered. She refused to watch another episode after that point.

My point is that Derpy was a gift to the fans that didn't deserve a shout out, Hasbro used their collective OC and "messed up" some of her details. The bronies response was completely uncalled for. I might have not been a fan of Derpy before this, but after all this went down. I have a major dislike of her and I refuse to ever draw her.

Part 3 will be up 10 minutes from now. After that part I don't know what I'll do. I may leave forever, I'm only here cause Marston asked.

Well, yes. The fact that people got angry about a gift like that was ridiculous. That's not an unpopular opinion.

Well, I stayed out of that one, so I can't comment on how bad it got. It was a pretty ridiculous situation.

Heh, marston was just trying to get us to be civil. He admitted that the opinions weren't that controversial.

@ Echo: I agree with your opinion. During the Derpy Drama I was in the "Please stop spamming your save Derpy media at me I just don't care" camp.

@Echoax: I don't think it's very fair to hold all bronies responsible for reactions of a few. Most were actually very positive to Derpy's appearance.

Also, my enjoyment of a character is not solely based off of fan depictions. I'm not a huge fan of "Trollestia" or "Molestia", but is that going to ruin the character of Celestia for me? Nope.

I choose to divorce myself from drama. I guess I'm lucky I don't know that many people.

@Echoax Welcome. It's ultimately your choice, but I hope you stay.

I haven't experienced much of the Drama over Derpy, but I don't have that strong of an opinion on the editing of it.

Also, I believe marston told us your favorite pony is Diamond Tiara. Out of curiosity, could you tell us why?

I kinda think that there's some Vocal Minority going on with the whole Derpy thing. A lot people just went "awesome!" or "okay, that's not how I would have imagined her, but it's cool that we got a shout out". It's just that the people who were angry about it were also the loudest, and the people who complained the most about them were also loud. So the whole thing was really vocal even though I think the majority of the fans thought it was cool.

I wasn't on the forua during the whole Derpy... stuff.
