What gets me about MLD is just how... well, I might update the liveblog tonight.

Oi, people, leave comments if you're reading. I feel like I'm talking to myself.
Fanfiction I hate.

[up][up][up]That all "constructive criticism" I saw recently.

It's hardly constructive criticism if you're being a caustic jerkbutt. Also "caustic jerkbutt" is like the best phrase I've heard all day.

But seriously, I don't see anything wrong with legitimate criticism intended to improve what's being critiqued. Bashing under the guise of criticism sucks though.

Uncanny is what I'd call it. Anyway, off to dinner.

Journalism is just a gun. It's only got one bullet in it, but if you aim right, that's all you need.

I prefer the term caustic jerkplot.

Better Diglett than the three buff Dugtrio.

[down]Nono, the weird fan art of a Dugtrio. Don't look for it.

Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.

Diglet is cute but Dugtrio just looks weird. Sort of like Doduo and Dodrio, except Dodrio is coool.

Well the 400 dollar dress is because of the theme of the wedding, and the fact that I have to have it special made for my Fat ass. Being fat AND short makes it difficult to find premade clothing that fits right, especially dresses. Her wedding is Victorian era themed so that makes it even more unlikely I'll find a premade dress in my size.

I almost dont want to go but my Boyfriend is giving a speech and stuff and it'd look weird if I didnt go (Ive been with the guy 9+ years now)

Why can't everyone jsut have nice informal weddings?

@Broccoli: See you later.

And yeah, if by some miracle I ever get married I'm just going to have my wedding party wear those t-shirts with the tux pattern on the front. Assuming I could ever get my fiance to go on with it, but the whole thing is hypothetical so it's a non-issue. Also, it would be awesome to get married on the moon.

If I ever get maried (ha.. haha ha... hah... ) Its going to be informal. Food from Sam's club, at the grandparent's farm if they're still alive. Close friends and family only. I have a friend who is an ordained minister so I'll get him to do the ceremony.

Might be a tad expensive to go to the moon though.

@Story Because a lot of people take marriage very seriously, and doing it "casual" is kinda disrespectful to such an important ceremony.
Japanese Teeth avatar
#259195 from Meinong's jungle
Well yeah, but at this point neither option is going to happen any time soon, so it's all the same to me. tongue

[up]I don't think that being casual necessarily implies any disrespect towards it. I mean, if you have the bride walk down the aisle to "Theme from Rocky" and have the minister dressed as clown, yeah, but that's a lot different from not wanting to splurge on everything. To me at least, the important part of the ceremony is the fact that you're going to spend the rest of your life with the person you love. I honestly wouldn't care about the ceremony much so long as I get to do it with the one I love most. Of course, if she wants something more elaborate, I'll be on board. It's just that as far as I'm concerned, the ceremony itself is secondary.

On the 13 episodes thing: for what it's worth, Pound Puppies Season 2 is apparently also only 13 episodes long.

@Diurnal Brocolli: Good night; I didn't get to that post of yours until two or three hours later, but I prayed when I did see it.
