Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.

The only Whedon I've watched is Dr. Horrible. I won't watch anything from him other than that and Avengers, and you can't make me.

Can we have a derail, please?

Or you could just not post if the current topic is bothering you.
I'm never seen any of Whedon's shows, so I haven't been saying anything. Just wait, it'll change eventually.

Ah, complaining about Whedon is always fun.

Anyway, how funny would it be if a world leader turned out to be a brony?

I would like to see Ray Bradbury, Terry Pratchett, and Jasper Fforde as ponies.

A-Hem. By order of the supreme Hattitude of this thread, we are now answering G Ex's question

@Gex: No one even suggested that you watch his stuff.

In fact, I hope you never watch a minute of Firefly.

[up][up][up] Bill Clinton?

Okay, here's a derail:

Figaro and Masetto are basses. They are not baritones. I don't know how people make this mistake.

I agree with Mars about Jack Black.

It would be awesome if a South Park episode about bronies that actually did the research for once, and remained relatively neutral about us, if not outright positive.

...meh. I don't see what's wrong with the idea of South Park making fun of bronies.
Pannic avatar
#251141
[up][up][up][up]Yes, even with people who are in the actual field. I mean, Figaro as a bass-baritone sure, that's understandable, but a baritone? Not so much. With Masetto I don't have any idea where such a misconception comes from.

I shudder at the thought when some large news outlet like Good Morning America gets their hands on a brony story. Sure, CNN and other networks have had stories, but not of any renown.

Angry, inflammatory opinion on South Park spoiled: South Park is for people who find child pornography appealing and who laugh at AIDS, Autism, Cancer, religion, and death.

Can somepony please explain the difference between a bass and a baritone?

South Park doesn't make things look good. It's not how that show functions. That show functions on shock value and derision, not accuracy, goodwill, or authenticity.

@Gex They probably won't. It'd be nice, but I doubt it.

Speaking of Good Morning America.

Gex, if you're honestly worried about how South Park is going to treat a demographic that you're in, you really need to do some long, hard thinking.

I can find incredibly offensive things funny when I know going in to it that it is going to be incredibly offensive. So yes, I do laugh at a lot of the things in South Park, but that doesn't mean that I don't think their real life occurrences are serious. I really doubt that anyone looks to that show for moral guidance.
