CDRW is back? Yay! Will tehy let you be Chrysalis and Soviet Pony again too?

Also, when the dad revealed the secret ingredient, I was expecting him to say that Po wasn't really his son.

Yeah I think that was the reaction they were going for in that scene.

I havent seen the second Movie yet... but Ive watched a few of the animated series they put out, its not horrible at least.

I was also surprised when Shigu wasn't really dead. I don't think I've ever seen a subverted death scene quite like that.

What happened in that scene? A silhouette joke, perhaps?

Shifu closes his eyes after Po tells him of his victory, saying hte obligatory I'm proud of you stuff and the like. Then Po tells him not to die and he says he's not dead he just found inner peace (finally).

@ Storyyeller: I don't dare ask for Chrysalis back, but I don't think Soviet Pony ever got banned.

@CDRW: I wouldn't recommend doing any sockpuppet stuff if you don't know whether or not you're supposed to be allowed to—best to err on the side of caution. Welcome back, though!

If I got a tattoo, it would be an ant. Because the ant is the one cool insect that hasn't already been done to death in tattoo art.

I would never get a tattoo. Ever. And I'm going to bed now, night everypony.

Post of the Day #110

I think the fanon of Dinky being Derpy's daughter came from Call of the Cutie. People figured that any adult ponies who were there were probably with a child or sibling, like with Applejack showing up to check on Applebloom. For some reason the only pony people bothered to apply this to was Derpy, and they chose Dinky as her daughter because, um... she's cute?

[up][up] That's kind of cool. Ants are less horrible than most bugs.

After a month or two of neglect, I'm giving Dragon's Dogma another try... let's see how this goes.

Hmm thread dead. Is this good place to try to find troper bronies to play on Brony servers in TF 2 or MVM?

Hmm, now that I seem to have more or less lost interest in Starcraft 2 (at leas until Heart of the Swarm comes out) I should probably go ahead and download Team Fortress 2 since I've always wanted to play it. And so many of y'all play it. I can't right now though, I have a pretty limited time before I gotta go to work.

Thing is that my computer runs it pretty poorly, but I'll make do.

Loooooooooong travel times, no quick travel. The things I like about Dragon's Dogma are also the things I dislike about Dragon's Dogma.

My laptop has, like, a .0001% chance of running any game I have on Steam, especially TF2. Since I pretty much need to use it since my mom's computer is almost always either occupied by my sister and her friend, occupied by my parents, or not occupied and watched like a hawk since we've gone into full moving mode at that moment (I'm moving BTW). I also have, by my standards, shazbotloads of money ATM and NO IDEA what to do with it, so maybe I'll get another multiplayer game on Steam.

Bluespade if you're looking for RT Ss, you should give Achron a try.

@Gex: Do you like RPGS? Got a PS 2 or a PSP? Maybe try the Persona series, they're good games.

@Storyyeller: Yeah I've always been sort of interested in Achron. I'm not actually a RTS fan though, I just played Starcraft.

@Spade I just sold my PSP for 40 bucks at a yard sale, actually. I never used it much, anyway. I do have a PS3 that can play PS2 games, though. Are the Persona games turn-based? I think I prefer action-RP Gs.

Yep, they're turn based, but they are a lot more tactical and interesting than most rpgs.

Plus they have great story and characters.

I also haven't touched my PSP in like a year. I really don't like handheld systems, I'm not sure why I bought it. But it was kind of worth it to play Persona 3 Portable.

Well, I might get a game for my SNES or N64. I'm thinking Secret of Mana for SNES and Majora's Mask for N64 (only once I beat Ocarina, though).
