Well, you see...

(just as an FYI, I'm whiting it out, not spoiling it. I don't want it to be visible to those who keep spoilers off.)

Pinkie Pie invites Rainbow Dash to a party, and offers her a cupcake! The cupcake is drugged, and Pinkie drags her down to a special torture chamber. Pinkie shows off her special dress made out of cutie mark skin, and her necklace of unicorn horns. The dress also has several pegasus wings on the back. She then proceeds to horribly mutilate Rainbow Dash for several paragraphs. The worst part is that Pinkie never changes attitude. She still has the constant, bubbly air about her, and keeps referring to the event as a party. I believe the final torture before Rainbow Dash finally bleeds out is cutting off her lower half and playing with all her organs. Fun stuff like wearing the intestines as a necklace.

Then Silver Spoon wakes up in the same dungeon, unsure of how she got there. Just before Pinkie does anything, Applebloom steps out of the darkness, and reminds Pinkie that she was going to take care of this one. The final line of it is something along the lines of "Who's the blank flank now?"

However, someone else made an alternate ending where Pinkie Pie wakes up. She desperately runs to Rainbow Dash's house, sobs in her arms, and says "I needed to make sure you were all there." It's quite daaawwwwww worthy.

Well, the funny thing is that I found it to be pretty well written. The author was quite good at evoking certain emotions in the reader. Mainly, he made Pinkie Pie really, really unsettling with how she seems mostly unconcerned with torturing her friend, and just sees it as another party. He almost made it seem like she didn't fully understand what she was doing.
