Here's a rewrite of "Hellfire" I just did. It takes place right after Chrysalis entombed Twilight. What do you think?:

Now I want to know what Black Lacquer (that is my nickname for Japanese Teeth) originally wrote there. But it may be lost to the great internet ether.

It was a question about how somebody in the other pony thread would react to Iago. It doesn't really mean anything unless you post regularly over there.

Yes! Black Lacquer! You see, "Japanese Teeth", obvious connection to black lacquered teeth (popular in feudal Japan), the pun writes itself. Or so I thought at the time.

I know there are human version drawings of ponies on the internet, but in your guy's personal opinion, what ethnicity do you think each pony would be? I think Rarity and Sweetie Belle would be French, but other than that I don't really have a guess for any of them.

Fluttershy is Japanese. There is no question about it. Other than that, it's a toss-up.

I got the reference, if that helps.

And as far as my preferences go: I tend to prefer it when Twilight ends up being Black and Nerdy or Ambiguously Brown. Unless, that is, the artist keeps their pony coat colors as their skin tones (and bonus points if the ethnicity clause of that trope is averted).

Sorry about my tendency to disappear now and then. It always seems that I turn up when the threads go dead.

SO ANYWAY!

I got around to watching Epic Wub Time. Dubstep saves the day! I should consider adding more bass to my Sonic Weapons in X-Com: Terror from the Deep. Imagine one my my Displacer Hovertanks packing a Bass Cannon...

Also, I watched "20 Things You Should Never Say to a Brony", a compilation of common insults against Bronies. I urge you to do the same, so that you will know the signs and become untrollable. The only one that I didn't get was the very last one, which referenced Diablo...

Lastly, I have an update on that dress dilemma. When I rewatched "A Bird in the Hoof", I spotted Twilight's dress again at Fluttershy's place, as well as Pinkie's. But it doesn't stop there. I just recently watched "Swarm of the Century" as well, and at a scene at Carousel Boutique, I spotted Twilight's dress and Pinkie's AND Fluttershy's. What's more, the episode took place before "Suited for Success", so theoretically, those dresses shouldn't have existed!

It's either that, an animation/continuity error, or Rarity was lying.
