With most kids shows you will find adult undertones. How else do you think the creators entertain themselves for hour-long days of creating kids stories?

I think it also helps a ton that the mane characters aren't children. I can sympathize with them a lot better than I can with, say, the CMC. Not that I dislike the CMC, but if they were the stars of the show I don't think it would be as good.

Eh, Nearly every show has it's fair share of Getting crap past the radar, mlp fim is no exception to that. The only possible way to get me to doubt it's kid-friendlyness is if the next villain is a Captain Ersatz of Hitler {Not going to happen ovbiously}.

I'd search some on Photobucket, you can find some pictures on there that you wouldn't just trying a search engine.

Shouldn't that be a null-pointer exception? It's not like you're ever going to bother putting an object there.

Cupcakes was only shocking because it made use of tropes that hadn't been applied to FiM yet. Rainbow Factory was kind of creepy but not that great. The rest are crappy Ikea Gorn fics.

Even then it was so hamfisted and badly written that the only particularly disturbing thing is "someone thought the world needed this and wrote it".

Still, the existence of those stories is justified if for no other reason than the Rainbow Dash Presents versions. Seriously, even if you never read the actual fics, you need to watch those.

I heard that one of the reasons Sergantsprinkles wrote cupcakes was because he was sick of all the Dash/Pinkie shipfics out there. Just pointing it out since some of you were talking about that fic.

Anyone else notice that Future Twi mentioned Star Swirl The Bearded a second time? Is it weird that I think that's foreshadowing for a possible episode about him? Seriously, I want to know more about this guy.

The pacing of this episode was... interesting. I like how they didn't try to tease the audience with the dream sequence at the beginning, as if the audience wouldn't find it obvious.
