You could always listen to a bunch of Rarity clips. I'm guessing that if you hear her voice enough, you'll learn how to emulate it.

You can also search for diction and dialect courses and manuals, Pygmalion-style. Or directly ask a linguist/phonetist where to find that. Though that's for general, RP-ish "feel like a sir" posh accents you can emulate (not all of them are "cool": there's the Malfoy drawl and the Bishop's "Mawwiage, mawwiage is what bwingth uth together", though I've met a girl who pulled off an upper-class lithp that wath adorable). Rarity's "feel like a lady" accent doesn't quite fit anywhere, I fear.

Also, for extra funnies, compare it to Princess Luna's crisp, sharp accent, done by the same actress. "Thou even go' the bells right."

This is where to learn to Feel Like A Sir when it comes to speech patterns . It's an even nicer forum than this one, and is one of the most polite, welcoming environments that have graced the internet.
