Why do fans insist on making Rainbow Dash a butch homosexual? Just a mindless assumption that rainbow = homosexual?

She's also am accomplished sportsmare, and of course everypony knows that all female athletes are lesbian.

I really, really hope that I do not need to put sarcasm tags around this...

Really, according to most of the fandom all ponies are gay. Yeah, even Princess Celestia.

Plus, the only even vaguely characterized male pony of the series is Big Mac, and Big Mac/Rainbow Dash seems out there even for a fan-fiction pairing.

I have little doubt that someone wrote that anyway, of course. tongue

I keep hearing people talking about Caramel and using him in fanfics, but I honestly have no idea of who he is. In which episode did he appear?

He's in Winter Wrap Up, he's the one who spilled the seeds and then looked all embarrassed in front of Big Macintosh.

You can see why they're shipped.

Braeburn? Snips? Snails? Hoity Toity? Blueblood?

Caramel reappeared as one of the ponies pulling the carriage in "The Best Night Ever". He has a surprisingly deep voice.

I don't ship, but Caramac is still best ship name.

I saw that one of my friends had liked a pony video on YouTube a couple weeks ago, but only confronted him about it (via email) today.

It turns out that yes, he likes the show. However, he didn't know I liked the show.

This has been fixed.

Is it just me, or has Spike's character model and dialogue gotten a lot better in season 2?

Why DO we have two pony threads? This seems weird to me.

Dunno why we do, but I tend to think of the WA thread as more specific to the show itself and the YF thread more geared toward goings-on in the fandom.

Regarding shipping: I don't have a problem with m/m ships. I happen to be more of a f/f shipper, but that's for one of the reasons that could aply to m/m. That being that it's a good way to explore the charectors more. Well, that and I find it kinda cute {Don't look at me like that} as long as it doesn't become "Clop material"{ugh}. And yes, I find it funny when fans bitch about male shipping while also aproving female shipping.

Also, I think the charectors {Well, the mane 6 anyway} are suppose to be maybe in their early twenties, but we'll never know.
