Ehh, alcoholism isn't a traumatizing thing for me, but I do dislike it. Though it can be used for comedy, but it's annoying when some people think it's the pinnacle of humor.
Anyhow, those character blogs... Well, don't like, don't read. That's what I'm doing with the Pinkamena one.

As long as she's not abusive or something, why does that even matter? It's not real
Besides, Berry is portrayed in the blog as a loving mother who's just not very good at being a mom all the time. The worst thing she does to Ruby is tease her in one update

Fiction, though not real, may seem too familair to some people, or bring up unhappy memories. Or then they just dislike the subject and just don't wanna look at it.
However, nobody is forcing anyone to look at it.
When a person tells why they don't like an idea, you can just say "ok, but I'm still gonna check it" and leave it at that. Easy, right?
